Due to being a small business just starting out, we have a limited amount of stock, so we might not be able to replace an item immediately if there is an issue. At ShopPinkJess, we carefully package all orders to help ensure safe delivery🫶🏻. However, once the package leaves our hands, we are not liable for the condition of the product due to how the courier or AusPost handles the package📦.

Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
